3. Payments, Pricing & Packages

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved payment plans such as CareCredit (where applicable).

  • All prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Promotional pricing may have restrictions and expiration dates.

  • Packages must be used by the person who purchased them—packages cannot be transferred unless approved by management.

  • All sales of services and products are final. No refunds once a service is rendered or a package is activated.

4. Cancellations, Late Arrivals & No-Show Policy

To respect our providers’ time:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee of $25 or up to 100% of the scheduled service price or forfeiture of a prepaid session.

  • Arriving late may shorten your service or require rescheduling.

5. Medical & Treatment Disclaimer

SilhouetteMe Spa is a medical-grade aesthetic studio. However:

  • We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.

  • Treatments such as radiofrequency, EMS toning, lymphatic drainage, microneedling, and exosome facials are elective cosmetic procedures.

  • Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.

  • You agree to follow all pre-care and after-care instructions.

  • You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or implants prior to treatment.

SilhouetteMe Spa and its providers are not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions or failure to follow instructions.

6. SMS/Text Message Program (Marketing & Notifications)

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive recurring text messages from SilhouetteMe Spa, including:

  • Appointment reminders

  • Promotions & special offers

  • Health & skincare updates

  • Glow & Lifestyle community messages

Message frequency may vary. Message & data rates may apply.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift cards must be presented at the time of service.

10. Liability Waiver

By receiving any service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You assume all risks associated with elective aesthetic treatments.

  • SilhouetteMe Spa’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Florida law.

  • You release SilhouetteMe Spa and its employees from claims related to:

    • Allergic reactions

    • Sensitivity

    • Ineffective results

    • Minor bruising, redness, or swelling

    • Failure to follow after-care instructions

11. No Guarantee of Results

All before-and-after photos shown on our website, social media, and ads are real client results, but results vary.
We cannot guarantee a specific aesthetic outcome.

12. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including:

  • Safety concerns

  • Contraindications to treatment

  • Inappropriate behavior

  • Failure to follow policies
